All our beef, chicken and lamb are from our local Butcher of Pitlochry & Perthshire farms which have worked together for many years like Quality Aberdeen Angus, perthshire Lamb & Rotmell farm Dunkeld

From our local supplier Buckie fish, caught from sustainable sources around Scotland, at Castlewood and Peterhead harbors.

Vegetables and Fresh Fruits

Are supplied by Les Turriff. They are a Dundee based supplier of fresh produce sourced from some of the best growers and producers in the country
